Alumni Network
The partnership does not end. It changes tense.
Like every serious advisory firm, we regard our alumni as our longest engagement. Our people do not resign; they subside, and where they surface next is, in the ordinary course, somewhere the practice benefits from being.

two thirds
Of alumni now hold senior roles at organizations we advise, advised, or are scheduled to.
Annual convening
1 evening
Attendance is taken twice and reconciled once. The venue is disclosed to attendees on arrival.
Selected Placements
Where our people go, roughly.
Chief Transformation Officer
A publicly traded network the reader would recognize from our case studies, if the redactions permitted it.
Head of Continuity
An organization that prefers not to be dated.
Board Observer
Several boards, concurrently. The calendars do not conflict, which the boards have agreed not to examine.
Independent Practice
A number of alumni have founded boutiques of their own. We refer conflicts to them. They refer certain matters back, unprompted, and occasionally in advance.
Returning
Rejoining the firm.
Alumni are welcome to return, and the firm maintains a standing re-derivation protocol for the purpose. Several alumni have returned already; a smaller number returned before leaving, which the protocol accommodates and the HRIS does not.
Former consultants seeking a reference, a reintroduction, or confirmation that their tenure occurred are invited to write to [email protected]. Confirmations are issued where the record supports them, and noted where it does not.
