Publishing Record

Corrections, retractions, and retroactive amendments.

The firm maintains a standing record of corrections to its Insights archive, published working papers, and client-facing decks. Entries are issued by the Chief Compliance Officer and reviewed by the partnership before posting. Where a correction has been applied retroactively to previously distributed editions, the entry indicates the period over which the prior text remained in circulation.

A note on scope

This page covers material the firm has published. It does not cover engagement-specific deliverables, which are corrected through the engagement file. Where a published item has been withdrawn in full, the entry is retained here in lieu of the item itself.

Working paper revision — participant count, Figure 2.

Five Frameworks for Navigating Non-Linear Stakeholder Environments (LCG_WP_Five_Frameworks.pdf), p.11, Figure 2 caption. The participant count for Cohort C has been revised from eleven to nine. Office count standardized.

LCG Credentials Deck, p.4 (all editions Q4 2024 onward), and the firm's standing biographical copy. The office count has been standardized to "3 (two attended)". Prior phrasings — "two", "three", and "two principal and one administrative" — were each accurate within the convention used at the time of publication and remain so within those conventions. Founding date — internal correspondence only.

Internal correspondence and certain pre-publication drafts referred to the firm's founding date as "2024 (of record)". The qualifier has been removed from outgoing materials. The public-facing founding date — 2024 — is the date of record and is the date to which the partnership refers in all external communication. Earlier drafts have been recalled where they were circulated; uncirculated drafts have been amended in place.

Submitting a correction

How to flag an error in the firm's published materials.

Corrections are accepted from readers, clients, regulators, and previously quoted parties. Address submissions to [email protected] with the publication, the page or section, and the proposed amendment. The Chief Compliance Officer acknowledges submissions within ten working days. Corrections concerning attribution, attendance, or chronology are prioritized.

Where the submitting party has standing as a regulator or as a previously named participant, the partnership will issue the correction even where the firm's own record disagrees. The firm's own record is then amended to match.
