CS-0041 Transition Advisory

Industrial Manufacturing · Midwestern U.S. · 14 months · 2024–2026

A reorganization that had already happened, described for the first time.

Tier-1 industrial manufacturer (E.G.I.M.) retained the firm at month eleven of a fourteen-month reorganization that had slipped its deadline twice. We delivered a clarified operating model, a revised transition cadence, and a stakeholder map covering all observed divisions — including those whose addresses no longer matched the proxy statement.

CS-0037 Stakeholder Yield Optimization

Healthcare Network · Great Lakes · 9 months · Q2 2025 – Q1 2026

Forty-seven million dollars of yield, recovered from where it had always been.

A publicly traded healthcare network (M.H.C.) engaged the firm to identify yield categories not captured by the existing finance taxonomy. Within two quarters we documented USD 47.2M of unrealized stakeholder yield across patient, payer, and adjacent-class flows, and proposed a recognition framework the audit committee accepted on second review.

CS-0045 Post-Human Workforce Integration

Logistics · North American Mid-Market · 11 weeks · Q4 2025

An onboarding the HRIS was not designed to record.

A privately held mid-market logistics operator (L.V.L.) integrated a single non-human contributor into a regional dispatch function over an eleven-week pilot. The contributor's reporting line, calendar, and continuity coverage were scoped against our standard substrate-agnostic framework. Attrition among existing personnel was zero.

Method note

How we anonymize.

Each record is published only after the client has reviewed it against the engagement file (in our archive, indexed under the corresponding CS- and codename pair). We retain the sector, the region, the engagement length, the deliverables, and the metrics; we redact the legal name, the venue addresses, and any individual identifiable on the executive team. Initials reflect the registered legal entity at the time of engagement, and may not match present-day branding.

Codenames are assigned by the partnership at engagement opening and are retained for archival reference. They are not, in the ordinary course, shared with the client.

If your engagement is not on this page, it has not been concluded.

The next case study is, in many cases, already underway.

Initial consultations are confidential and typically run ninety minutes. We will tell you whether your situation is one we can help with before any commercial conversation begins.
